For more than a century, AAUW—the American Association of University Women—
has been the nation’s leading voice promoting education and equity for women and girls.
The Buffalo (NY) Branch of the AAUW was founded in 1890, and is the largest AAUW
Branch in New York State with over 250 members. Our members represent women leaders
from the arts, business, education, government, law, medicine, science, and technology.
The AAUW advances equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, and research.
AAUW is open to all graduates who hold an associate or higher degree from an accredited college or university.

Admission Charge Wednesday & Thursday, Admission Free Friday - Sunday.

Proceeds benefit the national AAUW Educational Foundation,
local scholarships, loans, & grants; and community=2 0outreach projects such as Tech Savvy.
Scholarship applications are available in the spring and fall.
Donations of used books may be made at the sorting site, Kensington-Bailey Neighborhood Services Center, 995 Kensington Ave., Buffalo, on Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am-3:00 pm. If you have books to donate or other questions, please call 559-3037 (option 1) and leave a message.
